Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor. You cannot see where the repaired area starts and stops - again, flawless workmanship. My highest recommendation goes to Summit Ridge Construction!"
