First time customer but definitely will call again. Sam was so knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Gave his honest opinion on the condition of our 70-year-old tank! Gave expert opinion and advise. I not only will call them again but will 100% recommend them to everyone on a septic tank.

He was available sooner than I expected, arrived when he said he would and did a thorough job cleaning the tank, checking the lines from our house to the tank and from the tank to the field. We're hired him before and will do so again.

I called them on a Wednesday and they came out the next Friday. We appreciated the quick response time. They came out and completed the service in a professional manner. The man, I think it was Dan, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We expect to call the again.

We were selling our home and wanted the septic field inspected and pumped. This is a family run business and they were very efficient and knowledgeable of septic systems and potential problems. It took a little while to get them to call back but they were very quick to come out once we did. We received our inspection certificate via email within a few days.

Two men arrived right on time promised. They completed their work promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner. The leader explained the mechanics of a septic system and offered useful advice on how to avoid problems.

They did a good job and I have no complaints. They were very good at communicating. The first time around they got hooked up and had a broken down truck so they got backed up but they called me to say they were not going to make it and that I needed to reschedule. They just didn't leave me hanging in the web. When they did reschedule they were there when they were supposed to be. I had no issues with them. Finally they cleaned up well and I had no problems at all. They were in line with anybody else price wise.

This is the second time we have used Allemon Septic Service. They had been out about a year ago to clean our septic tank. This time, we were concerned because we were getting standing water over the tank, as well as an and quot;aromaand quot; and occasional gurgling in the master bath toilet and the kitchen sink when we emptied the bathtub. We were worried that there was a real problem with our septic system, since it's original to our 1974 house. It turns out that because of the harsh winter and all the snow melt, in addition to the recent rains, our tank was full. Luckily it wasn't anything to do with the aging tile field. They gave us some advice on what to look for in the future and a recommendation for a tile field replacement company just in case.
Cost was $210, which included digging up and replacement of sod over the tank.

Valerie honored the date we needed to have a septic inspection done on short notice, she called back to confirm the appointment the same day that I inquired about the service. She was a half hour late, but made up for it by being very thorough and offered suggestions to reroute water softener drain lines into the sump rather into the septic to avoid any sewage backing up into our drinking water. Even though we had a foot of snow on the ground, she was able to locate the septic cover, dig it up to inspect the tank and went on to inspect the drain field by probing the lawn. She dug a waist deep pit to inspect the quality of the field and ran water from inside the home to check the efficiency of the drain field itself. She passed our 30 year old septic system, which gave us peace of mind about buying our home. She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about her work and cleaned up after the holes and drain cover opening. I would hire her again for future septic inspections, and consider Allemon to continue to maintain my septic system.

Driver arrived timely and completed his work completely. He has helpful in explaining why the septic tank and field were unusually full,due to higher than normal rain fall.
