"Their work goes by hours. They did the work really slow and it took a long time for them to accomplish so little. I asked to get the stain removed on the kitchen ceiling. They recommended to repaint the whole ceiling and it took them 6 hours to do a lousy job. There were a few pops here and there after the painting. They spent 2 hours on the bathroom recaulking and didn't have time for the entry door fix. Maybe they didn't know how to do it and tried to find an excuse to get away with easy work. Their work is way overpriced for more than $80 per hour. The old owner is semi-retired and the son is taking over. However, he is covering for his buddies for the lousy work. All their good reviews are probably from the old owner and their business now is going down the drain."

"Had new roof put on our home three weeks ago. J/sales was very thorough at explaining all options of materials so could make informed decision and gave estimate by end of meeting. G/project manager was very accomodating as to providing a few special requests during job. We had a new skylight window applied also. They had to remove old shingles before applying new roof and was done quickly and professionally. We also had gutter guards put on our barn, comes with 20 year guarantee, cant beat that! More important, all parts of the roof replacement were discussed as options on the quote, as I expected some roof boards would need replacement for example. The cost per board was quoted, the choices of shingles were discussed, and Dominic was knowledgeable and friendly guiding me through the roof replacement process. I found the same professional service all around, as the communication was detailed in emails, on the quote, and in-person, and they even have pics of your job in-progress posted on a website for you to see. My husband used to do roofing, and is very picky, so when he inspected the work - he was satisfied in the professional job especially around the chimney and other trouble spots where leaks can occur later. Clean-up was absolutely immaculate, and the entire job was completed in one day. I would hire Roof Advance again, as pricing was slightly below other quotes but the quality of the work was very much an A+!"

"Let me say this was outstanding service. When Tyler came to do the measurements and determine the cost, he was very helpful and professional. Afterword, Tribble kept me in the loop as to what to expect. When I made my color choices, one turned out to be a poor choice. Tyler made a recommendation that turned out to be great. The painting crew arrived on time each day. They were all very professional and polite. A great bunch of guys. One of the project managers, Aaron, went through all they were going to be doing. As a senior, they did not want me to move the heavy furnishings. At the end of each day, they made sure that I had full access to the kitchen, my living room recliner and TV, and bedroom furniture. When completed, I notice something was accidentally missed. I let them know and Aaron was out first thing the next day to finish it. All in all, a great experience for what could be a very stressful situation. I will recommend Tribble Painting to anyone who asks for a painting company recommendation."

"Workers came and left without speaking to us or confirming permission to go into back yard. Wrongly installed gutters and had to come back twice to redo errors. Work began coming apart after 30 days. Plus, they installed completely different colored shingles. At least their office people are nice, but the work quality was horrible and workers unimpressive."

"Price was competitive. The company owner, Ed, and his wife, Tina, provided good assistance and advice to select doors and hardware. They were relaxed and responsive. The doors were installed exactly as ordered. The installers were meticulous, perfect clean up and the entire job was turn key including all inside and out side trim. The old doors were removed and hauled away and the entire job was completed in about 5 hours. So this was a complete and finished project. We would definitely use this company again and will strongly recommend them to others."
