M&M guys did a great job. Easy scheduling. Called ahead. Did the work quickly and thoroughly. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Gary from M&M explained the entire procedure to us and followed all health regulations when installing the new field. He walked the property with us, listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Gary and his crew are very personal people and easy to work with. We knew we were in good hands. They did a great job and we will recommend them to everyone who needs this type of service.

I called Gary and he came out the same day, on a Saturday. Gary assessed the situation and gave me initial advice, then set up a date when he could dig with the county inspector to evaluate the soil and define the system needs. In spite of bad weather and other job needs, Gary came as promised and allowed me to move forward. I was impressed with the integrity and helpfulness that I experienced with M&M.

We contacted this provider because of good Angies list ratings and because they have serviced many of the neighbors in our area,
having a good reputation. 
We made an appointment for a representative to come out and provide a bid; he was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional.
A few days later they arrived at the site in the morning to do the work. They had the hook up completed (over 100') and the old tank destroyed by early afternoon the same day. Some observations:
1). They were professional all the way around.
2). They were more concerned in doing a quality job than a quick job. For example, the line had to go under
a narrow concrete sidewalk; instead of cracking the sidewalk, they dug under the walk, which takes considerable more time
and effort both in digging and backfilling.
3). The company has a good relationship with the city; which means that because of trust established the inspection proceeds well.
4). They stuck to their bid. We have experienced other contractors who demand downpayments, cash, etc. This company was professional.
5). They have significant experience. It is not an exaggeration to say that they have put in thousands of systems. One of the owners at one time trained septic system inspectors.
6). The backhoe operator runs the machine like it is an extension of his hand. 
7). They performed the work with minimal of lawn disturbance as was reasonably possible.
In short, they have been one of the best contractors I have ever worked with.

We have used Mand M Septic for our basic maintenance needs for the last 15 years. However, recently we had a issue with a pipe and they treated it with the upmost urgency. They communicated every step of the way, the team was very professional and worked quickly (the repair was completed in less than half a day). They are very fair in their costs, efficient in their work, and considerate of our home and yard.

We have been using Mand M Septic Tank for many years. The previous owner of our house also used them. They are professional, reasonably priced, but most importantly they do a great job! I highly recommend them.

We were on a time crunch since we wanted the ability to be able to lay sod and to get the yard back in order before winter hits. They were very prompt and professional in meeting our price and time requirements. It was very helpful too in having the additional topsoil delivered and screened (per the owner's) suggestion. They really take care of the customer from start to finish. We appreciate the quick responsiveness!

I called to have them pump my septic tank. They gave me a quote over the phone and then came out on schedule and pumped the tank. However, their truck was filthy and left black tire marks and oily sludge marks on my driveway. I called them about the marks and they said they would come out and clean the driveway. However, then they called back and said it was water soluble and would just wash off with water. I tried cleaning it with water and detergent, but the marks didn't come off. I called back, they again said they would come back and clean the marks, but they never showed up.

They arrived on time and did the work quickly. No complaints at all.

Wonderful!! Not only were they very informative, they also have a great website explaining, and showing the functions, and mapping of a septic system in layman's terms. They were prompt, professional, friendly and very fair. They turned a very uncomfortable problem into a very stress free, confident solution. I've been seeing their trucks in my neighborhood for years and they were recommended to me by my neighbors. They also had excellent ratings on "Angie's' List" and I'm happy to add another excellent report for them. We've already recommended them to another neighbor!

They always do a complete, clean job. And when I thought the septic system was failing they came out and spent extra time checking it over to make sure there wasn't a problem. The owner even took the time to explain what he was looking for and what to look for if the system should ever start to fail.
