"I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"I got 3 quotes for work that needed to be done on the exterior of my home and took the middle quote. The company that was doing the job was doing a horrible job. New Star Construction was doing some other work in my neighborhood and they came to look at the job. I ended up having them come and fix the bad work from the previous company and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and are such great people to work with. "There was some delay in getting back to me as the contractor had been out of town which was completely understandable and I have no complaints about that. When I did reach the company he had a question about when I wanted the job to be completed and I gave a response of roughly Christmas time-frame. The contractor just replied and said that might be "doable" but no other questions or any reference to wanting to come out and quote. So I assumed he wasn't very interested in the work and moved on in my search. I have no direct experience with any of his work so I cannot comment on that. It is difficult to base a rating on my experience. I'm sure based on other reviews his work is good as that is why I reached out to him in the first place. Maybe just bad timing."
