I called @ 10:30 & Bill arrived w/in an hour as promised. I couldn't believe how reasonable his estimate was so I jumped on it. It was a seamless installation. So so glad I chose this company!

Very well. He worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself. We have had no problems thus far.

Bill was out to see us within 2 hrs of calling. He was quick, thorough, and efficient. Good pricing and our water heater was fixed in less than an hour. Would recommend and hire again.

Excellent. Drain cover was too old and cemented in to remove so it had to be broken for drain access. Broken area was then covered after work was completed.

Everything was quick and thorough. Took the time to explain things that were happening and looked over other concerns I had in the house. Also, the main issue was found in the morning and he was out a few hours later to repair.

Outdoor Spigots

Water heater leaked over night right before xmas. called on a saturday around 9am, he was out by 11 and took care of it for a reasonable price. 4th time hiring, no reason to call anyone else.

Called Bill and he came the very next day to replace the shut off valve in the basement connects to the refrigerator in the kitchen. He is a very professional plumber. I have used him in the past and will recommend him to anyone. He is a little pricy but he does very good work.

No problems even though there were some installation issues beyond the installer's control. The installer's were very professional and handled the installation very well.

Our technician was absolutely amazing. Where I thought the water leaking was not the problem at all. With his expertise he removed the panel where he could see the back side of the faucet and handles in the bathtub. Sure enough he found the correct place that was leaking . He caulked around the faucet and handles and it resolved the leaking water

Bill was very responsive and arranged to come to our house the same day we called. He was very professional and diagnosed and fixed the issue. His price was very fair. I highly recommend Walton plumbing, and will definitely use them if I have plumbing concerns in the future.

Gentleman was on time, replaced the tank as needed. Very professional, excellent experience.

We cleared food remnants from trap and pipes, then found black sludge preventing all drainage from the kitchen. Mike worked from both ends - upstairs and downstairs - to ensure that the clog was completely cleared. Our house is over 25 years old and never needed snaking. It should be good for the next 25 years now! The service was excellent. We called in the morning. Mike arrived right on time at about 12:15 and finished by 2:30. He even took time to answer some basic questions about regular maintenance. Thanks, Mike!

2nd time working with Bill Walton. Just as before, fair price, excellent work, professional, fast, and got me in the day after I called him. Frankly, there is no reason to not call him for your plumbing needs. He is one of the best contractors of any trade I dealt with.
