This company does not have a solid understanding of the Generac generators they install. I had the owner out last week to repair ours that is less than 3 years old. He left saying all was good, and on the following Saturday it failed to start for it’s weekly exercise run just as it had before he “repaired” it. Same exact error code. Ask him about Generac’s MobileLink app and he doesn’t have a clue. When I told him it failed again he said that maybe his battery tester was bad and that batteries are not included under the warranty. He said I should buy a new battery. I did, for $190, and it did not solve the problem. When I asked about their covering the cost of the battery, he asked “why should I?”. Steer clear!

Supreme Electric did a great job. They were out quick to do an estimate and upon comparison with another estimate it was very reasonable. Once we scheduled it they were out within a few days and had the work done quickly and explained everything. They don't "nickle and dime" you for everything and were very helpful. Jeff was great on the phone and the young men who did the estimate and the work were Trevor and Cody and they were very professional. I would recommend.

Very satisfied with service. They were reasonably priced, on time, and cleaned up after job complete. Technician was professional and easy to talk. I have a few other jobs coming up and will call this company again.

These guys are excellent! This my 3rd time using their services and each time was met with nothing but exceptional service. I'm a person that is "real" hard to please since I have grown combative to the false sense of service other business's have provided me in the past. Went well, I had them take out and old fixture, and put in recessed lighting. They only had to put one small hole in the ceiling. They saved the drywall and put it back.They made me happy. They finished in a timely manner. No problems. It's all ready for my painter to finish up.

Previous electrician refused to return my calls when his work failed inspection. Then I called Supreme Electric, and Jeff agreed to look at the list of violations, and complete them if possible. Two guys came out and fixed multiple issues (grounding of new circuit panel, upgraded wiring to meter, new 100 amp disconnect), whistled while they worked, and were done in less than 4 hours. The work passed inspection without any problem.

This crew is legit. They came in and overhauled a project that had gone off the rails courtesy of a previous contractor. They had to clean up someone else's mess, and they were very cool about it. Yes, you might pay a little bit more than someone else might quote you, but trust me, it's better to get it done right the first time than try to save a few bucks by hiring someone less accredited and experienced. These guys are licensed, insured, and keep up their Angie's List profile. They came out on the coldest day in recorded history and were on time, banged everything out exactly as promised, and left the place in a lot better shape than they found it. Dakota was the project lead and he clearly knows what he is doing. Super professional, polite and accommodating. My only regret is not finding these guys before I started the project. If you are tired of flakes and bozos, just call these nice fellas and let them sort you out.

This Company is great.. The owner Jeff Bolen responded immediately to my telephone call for a quote. The electrician who responded, Dakota, offered some great ideas that will save me money in the long run. When I was ready to have the job done, Dakota showed up with an assistant within a couple days and performed the job to my complete satisfaction. Very important to me is they treat your home with respect i.e. removing their shoes and taking measures to insure their ladders don't mark the walls. I will not hesitate to have this Company come back for future jobs. Thanks Jeff and Dakota. P.S. Thanks to Angie's List I now have a great electrician, plumber and painter.

I'm completely satisfied with the work Supreme did for me. Scheduling was easy, and someone was out in less than a week. I was given a time range for arrival and they were there right on the dot. The work was done neatly and so efficiently that there was extra time available, leaving an opportunity to have some outlets replaced and consulting on possible future work. Price was roughly estimated via message for moving the light switch; adding the light fixtures and dimmers was done over the phone. The final price came out to be just as estimated, plus the extra work. The electrician was knowledgeable, courteous, and experienced. I felt very confident in his skills and his understanding of what I needed done. He didn't try to upsell or add on unneeded work. This appears to be a very trustworthy company, and I would highly recommend them.

Great company and great people working for the company. True professionals. Installed 6 LED retrofits in the living room, 4 in the family room, and 2 in the bedroom--all on dimmers. They rewired garage lighting to put all the garage lights on one switch and all the outside lights on a separate switch (they used to both turn on so we were lighting the garage for no reason and wasting energy). They also installed a 240V outlet in the basement. We provided our own LED retrofits and they were fine with that. Job was completed in about a day and a half. Because of their honesty and high quality workmanship, we will certainly call them for any electrical needs in the future.

Supreme came out on a Monday to quote, I notified them next day that they had the job. Jeff came out Wednesday morning and job was completed a few hours later. Very professional and punctual. I would hire again.

It went well although I kept hearing "this was not expected" and also "you covered the bed with a quilt so I ended up getting injured trying to install the ceiling fan." But the price was still fair, I believe, and the electricians were good.

The owner Jeff Bolen came out quickly to give us an estimate on the work we wanted done, gave us some good advice about how to proceed, and scheduled the work to be done in two weeks. A team of three showed up today as scheduled, reviewed what we wanted done, and went about their business, checking with us periodically to ensure they were doing things the way we wanted. They completed the whole job in one day. Everything was done neatly and to our satisfaction. We were especially impressed with the way they were able to add a recessed LED light over the bathtub in our freshly painted guest bathroom without requiring any ceiling patching or repainting. In a nutshell, the Supreme Electric team's work was excellent and very reasonably priced, and we would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to our friends.
