"After calling countless plumbing companies that could not respond to our emergency plumbing issue I was starting to lose hope. "We had our sewer pipe fail on us in the middle of the night recently . We had a few contractors come out including T&T the very next morning. We ended going With T&T for a few reasons but mainly because of our sales guy Ron. He was very attentive and thorough every step of the way. Even when the guys were working, he was right there explaining and answering questions. We originally planned on financing through one of their financing programs however They had given us an excellent price. Although the option was nice, we went without financing. They were not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive. The big thing, Zero extra-charges, they were clean, fixed everything up in terms of our yard , sidewalk , the road , etc. There crew was amazing and polite. Finished in 1 day except for repairing the road and sidewalk but we didn’t have to wait long. They were on top of it which I was super impressed by. I Highly recommend them for this work."

"Turns out the leak was the result of a years-old faulty faucet part. The tech had a replacement in his truck that he was able to get to work -- and that was three years ago and it still works fine. We really appreciate what he did because our water bill actually went down.
I'm not sure about the actual service date but it soon after we bought the coupon.
