The tech who came out did a good job and was communicative but I'm not sure if I would hire this company again. He kept telling me what he wasn't able to do because of how the sink was made. So I responded by saying "isn't it your job to figure it out?". So he did and I was satisfied with the finished product.

From Paisley in the office to Arnie who did the work, everyone was pleasant & knowledgeable. Arnie made sure everything was protected as he moved the water tanks between the truck & furnace room. He was adept & knowledgeable in the work and made sure I was happy with it. When finished, he cleaned everything up as it was before he started. During the entire job, Arnie was amiable & informative. I'd have no hesitation in hiring Arnie / WaterWork Plumbing again.

We had some problems with the water heater, which I purchased. On the first appointment for installment, after removing from the box, the tank had a large gouge and we had to take it back and exchange for a new tank, but we were able to make a new appointment for installation the next day, that was greatly appreciated to get this done quickly. Larry did a great job and we are very satisfied.
