"Our home sits above a huge retaining wall that was at risk of collapse. We had been misled by a fraudulent engineer’s letter claiming the previous repairs were done to spec when they were not. Many firms refused to take on the job due to the scale, tight access, and complexity. This was closer to a highway project than a residential one. AJA Engineering, especially Aboud and Amanda, stepped in when no one else would. They designed an eighty foot by twenty foot recon block wall, engineered carbon fiber reinforcement for a second wall, helped us hire the right contractors, and stayed with us every single day from start to finish. They adapted quickly when excavation uncovered new constraints, always focusing on safety, feasibility, and structural integrity. Their professionalism, expertise, and kindness were exceptional. On the larger projects bi-weekly meetings are held with the client to manage work progress, the budget and other issues that arise. Projects can be done on a bid basis or time and materials.Billing is usually bi-weekly unless other arrangements have been made prior to the start of the project. Every effort is made to provide quality work at maximum efficiency for a fair price. Phoenix Hill Restorations work best with the truly discerning client.
