They designed an eighty foot by twenty foot recon block wall, engineered carbon fiber reinforcement for a second wall, helped us hire the right contractors, and stayed with us every single day from start to finish. On the larger projects bi-weekly meetings are held with the client to manage work progress, the budget and other issues that arise. Projects can be done on a bid basis or time and materials.Billing is usually bi-weekly unless other arrangements have been made prior to the start of the project. Every effort is made to provide quality work at maximum efficiency for a fair price. Phoenix Hill Restorations work best with the truly discerning client.
