He generated a detailed and comprehensive analysis of major structural work in our old 2 family as well as plans on how to best bring everything up to code. Turned everything around in less than 2 days! Highly recommend.

We hired Aboud in 2021 to investigate the supports in our basement of our 3 story wood frame house. He provided a detailed plan to make our house safe and sturdy. He was a delight to work with, and the usually picky inspectors loved his paperwork.
