Eric's teams are superlative workers and craftsmen. They pick up after themselves each day, their materials are always neatly stacked and protected from the weather. They speak courteously, keep their music under control and are superb Craftsmen. Every joist they installed, every cut they made, every nail they drove was done with care and precision. The project manager on our side is a very demanding interior designer with many top notch projects in her portfolio. She could find nothing wrong with their work and truly enjoyed working with them. Their price is not inexpensive but the quality of their work and their professionalism easily justifies the investment in their planning and execution. Do not think of hiring a different team if you can get them. Also, they work with an architect and a structural engineer who both did wonderful work on their professional part of the job. Overall we got a best practices solution for a very reasonable investment.
