  • Willis Builders Inc

We used Willis Builders when we first moved into this house 8 years ago and were extremely satisfied with their work, so we decided to hire them the update our two upstairs bathrooms (along with a couple other minor things around the house). The craftsmanship and efficiency of the project blew me away and I am super happy that I decided to use them again for this project. Naveed and Nelson were fantastic. I was amazed at the long days they spent and how efficient the work was. Naveed came to me with any questions and feedback....and the few small issues with materials were resolved quickly and easily. They are a great team and I would recommend them to anyone for a similar project

Could not have gone better. They made the necessary construction modifications required in an old, uneven house, they did the work in just over one month, and we very clear about the additional costs that arose from construction obstacles as well as additional items we selected for them to do.

  • Sila Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

I have been struggling with subtle leak for nearly a year. I hired Sila and Roger Amaker recommended a company that quickly identified the leak using American Leak Detector. Once the leak was identified, Roger returned to replace the faulty mechanical joint press with a much better joint connector and also replaced PRV from the main water feed. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK!! He is professional and extremely competent. I would definitely hire him again!!

  • Kitchen Saver
    5.0
We could not be more pleased with the customer service, quality of workmanship, and details incorporated into the design of our new kitchen. Kitchen Savers lives up to its name! The entire team (sales, office staff, installers, etc.) is professional and responsive. It was a pleasure having Dave Duxon and his team working in our home. Dave is an accomplished craftsman with and eye for detail and left the site clean and tidy at the end of each day

  • Potts Brothers LLC
    5.0
We had our main bath and kitchen remodeled by Potts Brothers, and they now look beautiful! Bob is great to work with -- flexible, patient, and collaborative. He recommended stores and websites as we designed each room and always respected our decisions. Throughout the pandemic he graciously dealt with supply chain issues and never complained, but always found solutions. Bob's crew, led by Jose, are top-notch craftsmen that take pride in their quality work. They genuinely want the customer to like the finished product and frequently consulted us on elements of the project we hadn't considered so we could make informed decisions. They frequently went above and beyond and we would definitely hire them again for future work. We were lucky to find Bob and his experience in the neighborhood was an added benefit! There are certainly cheaper options, but if you want high quality work done right the first time, it doesn't get any better than Potts Brothers

It went amazing. Naveed was a great project manager and walked us through the process every step of the way. He explained multiple options and provided recommendations on how to better design our basement layout. The end product was better than we could imagine. I would definitely work with Willis Builders again

  • Cool Breeze Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

The workmen arrived on time and completed the job in about 3.5 hours, as expected. They removed the old water heater and cleaned up after themselves. The new water heater is working perfectly and I am completely pleased with the job they did. Would recommend.

I had a toilet that seemed to be leaking and I had to pour water into the tank to flush the toilet. When I told the scheduler that I needed service the same day because I have a clinic and couldn't have patients unable to use the restroom. Jake Pitts, the service technician showed up a few hours later, diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes, and didn't charge me! I was really impressed

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
