"Egress Windows Fairfax installed an egress window in my basement and did a fantastic job. The window permits emergency evacuation from a room being converted into a bedroom. The reasonable cost of the egress window immediately raised the value of my home. To minimize damage to my yard and my neighbor’s yard the company manually dug the pit for the egress window to below the foundation line and beneath the foundation drainage pipe. I was very surprised to see a large sump pump pit installed below the foundation. The contractor explained that they do this as a service in the event of any future drainage issues it is quick and low cost to install a sump pump. Small stones filled the bottom of the pit. The contractor offered several options for pre-fabricated surrounds to line the pit. Every member of the crew of Egress Windows Fairfax knew their job and worked diligently. They only rested during their lunch time. At the end of the second day the job was completed and the soil was well graded around the new egress window. This is a company with long term employees who take pride in their work and who strive to satisfy their customer. I highly recommend the company."

My experience started with Carlie contacting us within hours from our search and helping to quote our project. She worked with me on pricing and understanding everything. Finally window cleaning day came and it was like Christmas. I was so excited. Jordan arrived at 7:30 AM and he worked non stop, quietly, perfectly cleaning all our windows until 5:30 PM that night. He had a large bucket that he would fill with hot water and his solutions and used our utility sinks for filling and dumping and there was nothing wet, spilled or splashed. Much better than anything I could have ever done. We are very please and highly recommend. And I will 100% be calling to have them come back next year around the same time! The best part…every year for Thanksgiving we gather for a mid day Thanksgiving meal with all the family. We can watch the sun set from our dining room.
