"Personal Touch Plumbing showed up at the time agreed upon. Evaluated the job and provided the cost. He retrieved supplies and begin the work which he said would only take 15 minutes. "They did plumbing services. It was basically the toilet tune-up that they were supposed to do. They fixed it on Friday but on Sunday, it did not work again. Took one more week to get out here and they still have to come back to replace the toilet. At the end of it all, that didn't happen."
