"Installation went very well. Oct 25: Rob Figliozzi came out to evaluate the work needed and brought two workers to install the sink faucet and drain/trap. He determined what parts were needed for the tub/shower and ordered the parts. He texted me when the parts came in 3 days later and Chris Hanes came out to install. Chris is a very pleasant young man and did a great job with the installation, and Rob was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend."

I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin. He ordered the parts and returned to replace parts as needed in an efficient, prompt and professional manner. I specially appreciate his professionalism as he noted that factory had not sent the correct ice-maker replacement bin for my freezer equipment and immediately re-ordered it. It was replaced today, Monday 29, June, 2020. In the interim, Manny kept me a rest of the status on delivery of the correct replacement part for this equipment . "Mr. Armando cleaned and repaired my gutters and took down tree limbs that were causing problems. His work was exceptional. I also hired him for yard clean up and a couple handyman projects. He is a very hard worker and did a marvelous job. I wish I had taken before & after pics of the yard. I will be hiring him again and recommend him to others."

"THE TWO MAN TEAM ARRIVED ON TIME 8/2/17 THE DAY OF THE JOB AND FOUND OUT MISS UTILITY HAD NOT MARKED THE GROUND. THEY REMOVED THE TREES DOWN TO THE STUMPS. IT WAS ABOUT A 2 1/2 HOUR JOB. MS. U MARKED THE GROUND 2 DAYS LATER (FRIDAY). ON SUNDAY ONE GUY (NELSON) CAME AND FINISHED THE JOB. I DIDN'T GET A CALL THAT THEY WERE COMING AND LUCKILY I WAS HOME. HE TOLD ME ONE TREE WAS PLANTED OVER A GAS LINE SO HE COULD ONLY GRIND THE STUMP 2 INCHS BELOW GROUND. I WAS OKAY WITH THAT AS LONG AS IT DIDN'T SHOW. HE GAVE ME POINTERS ON ENSURING THE TREES SURVIVED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE THE WORST SOIL (MY WORDS). RIGHT NOW MY LAWN IS NOT LOOKING THE BEST, WITH THE STRAW AND SMASHED GRASS. BUT IT'S TEMPORARY. NELSON WAS PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP THE YARD AND IT ONLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 HOURS. BALLARD ENTERPRISES WILL BE MYGO TO FOR ANY TREE SERVICE."

"My 22 year old AC compressor died during some of the hottest weather of the year. Bill ( owner) was able to get me pricing quickly and was able to schedule the work quickly ( another company told me they don't work in attics when it is excessively hot). The pricing was comparable/better than two other proposals I received. Ended up replacing the compressor and furnace though was presented options to do only the compressor. Installation crew Chris, Bertol and field supervisor Mike did a great job; they were polite, did neat work; explained things, unprompted took off shoes when came in house…overall great crew."
