Mr. Rooter came out to perform the replacement of a main water line inside that has been leakkng. The technician's team were professional as they setup and prepared to perform the work inside as well as cleaned and removed debris from the construction.

Did job, but IMO, not very thorough and quite overpriced. 1st tech cleared clog in main drain from house to septic, but did not know how to use camera to inspect afterward. Said another tech would come the following day to do camera inspection of drain line. 2nd tech did come, but rather than inspecting drain line cleared the previous day, put camera in our septic tank's inspection port, I guess he thought it was a pubic sewer clean-out or something. So I tell him we're on septic here. I was quite shocked when this so called pro, after having just inserted his camera into our septic tank, asked me where our septic tank was! Then he tells me to have my septic tank pumped which I'd already done not 8 months ago. Then proceeds to give me a ridiculously high estimate to replace a 10 foot straight pipe from the house to the septic without ever having inspected it to know whether or not it even needed to be replaced. I'll find my own pro next time.

Yes, they assessed the needed repair and had it completed promptly. They also gave some advice on other work that we might need to perform in the future as well as providing an estimate of that work and recommendations.

Mr. Rooter booked a consultation appointment totally free of charge and provided a timeframe the service technician would show. On the day of I received a text message notifying me my tech was on the way with his name and picture. Also received a call from a rep telling me he would be arriving. Anthony was great. Looked at the problem I had and provided troubleshooting solutions. He quoted me a price and agreed to have him start work that day. He cleaned everything at the end of the job. Provided with a 30 day warranty.

Anthony from Mr Rooter came and replaced my bathroom faucet and did a fantastic job!! It was not an easy job due to the small space of the bathroom cabinet. He did it perfectly and fast. I highly recommend this company and especially Anthony!!

Received a reasonable quote and was able to do it on the spot, no waiting. My plumber was Rich Bush and his work was immaculate. The only issue was found later on which I'm going to call back and ask to be come back to resolve. The issue seems to be related to the pressure regulator that was installed. The pipes make nose when you run the water at a low flow rate.
