Mr. Rooter of Maryland

Zach of Mr. Rooter of Maryland came out and did a great on our tub and toilet and leaking issues. Zach was a true professional, very thorough and knowledgeable of his craft.

Very fast response to my request for service on a holiday. Within a few hours of contacting them technician Rich had diagnosed what I thought would be a complicated problem and quickly fixed it. He was pleasant, professional and applied his knowledge and experience to provide the best solution possible. I would recommend and hire Mr Rooter in the future.

phenomenal service. I had a small leak behind my half bath which completely saturated the sub floor. we could rip out the dry wall from the basement to expose the pipe. In order to reach the top of the dry wall I had to go grab a ladder from the utility room, come to find out, my hot water heater also decided to go up and there was water everywhere. I placed a call to Mr. Rooter right after around 12:15. They said they could be there between a 3-5 window. They showed up before 1:30, walked us through the process and went over pricing. They also gave us an estimate on a new water filter system, we have well water. Pricing was great and reasonable. David ran to the warehouse to get us a new water heater, came right back, fixed the leak and replaced the hot water heater in record time. We had everything back in working order by 530pm, at the latest. They are coming back to do the filtration system in 2 days. Would recommend this company.Responsive, honest, fair pricing,friendly

very straightforward. , they came and looked at the what needed to be done, they saw the parts, and then they Just got it done very quickly and tested it and got it replaced in like 30 minutes. So, you know, quick to the point.

Good work but very pricey. Wish I had shopped around a bit - but I was in a hurry.

Came out within 90 minutes of initial call. Tried to clear backed up drain for AC condensation but was unable to. Suggested other options. Richard was very prompt and professional.
