Came out within 90 minutes of initial call. Tried to clear backed up drain for AC condensation but was unable to. Suggested other options. Richard was very prompt and professional.

Called immediately once project was posted. Visited within 1-2 hours, and project was finished within 1-2 hours. Professional and explained in detail what the problem was, as well as the solution.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. I was questioned the diagnosis and then had to argue with the home warranty company. I immediately got on Angi’s list and found Mr. Rooter Plumbing. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis. I accepted a cash in lieu after escalating with the home warranty company. Scheduled the repair with Mr. Rooter and they came in 2 days and installed the new sump pump. They are quick, efficient and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

GREAT SERVICE

Mr. Rooter came out to perform the replacement of a main water line inside that has been leakkng. The technician's team were professional as they setup and prepared to perform the work inside as well as cleaned and removed debris from the construction.
