The pricing very fair and he was able to quickly diagnose my issue while being patient enough to help my understand my problem. "Great experience. Tawn was excellent - he knew what he was doing, got the sump pump removed, cleaned out the sump, repaired a pipe, then installed a new pump. Very happy, will definitely call Tawn back for any future plumbing needs!"

Small jobs welcome

"They came on time and completed a task that other plumbers wouldn't do. The task was straightforward enough but required simple dismantlement of tight space. This company will now be the first I go to for any new plumbing work. Their price was also fair. Thanks!"

"Rema was very thorough when installing my new kitchen faucet. He came to my home at 6:15pm, which surprised me. In my experience, it’s difficult to get a plumber past 5pm! My faucet works perfectly and he was very nice. He said he has been doing plumbing for 20 years! I think I have found my “go to” plumber!"

"Lal, the plumber, was the first to call back and was able to come there next day for a non-emergency issue. Very professional and friendly and took the time to fully explain the issue I was having. I will definitely use his plumbing services again and would highly recommend!"

Plumbing questions, answered by experts

Yes, even though frost-free and freeze-proof faucets are designed to withstand winter weather, it is still recommended to cover them with an insulated cap, especially during periods of extreme cold. These faucets work by keeping excess water inside the home's heated space and using a downward slope to drain, but this protection can be compromised. For the faucet to work correctly, you must always disconnect any attached hoses before temperatures drop below freezing, as a hose can trap water and lead to freezing. Ultimately, covering all outdoor faucets, even freeze-proof models, is the best way to prevent frozen and burst pipes.

Yes, you can use too much plumber’s tape. Adding more tape than necessary will make it difficult to make the pipe connection and has no added benefit. Only wrap the tape around a pipe thread three to six times, depending on the size of the pipe and the thickness of the tape.

A cistern works by collecting rainwater from your gutters and downspouts and storing it in a holding tank. The holding tank can be installed above or below ground, and the size will depend on your household needs. The stored water can then be used for household tasks, watering your garden, and even for drinking water.

Experts use innovative designs and techniques to maximize your space, creating the illusion of size while enhancing functionality.

Yes, drains are one common entry point for water bugs. However, water bugs may enter your home through various locations including doors, windows, pipes, and vents. Water bugs are drawn to the dark and moist atmosphere drains provide, and can easily find their way into your home through sewer drain pipes. You can stop water bugs from entering through drains by regularly cleaning your drains and repairing faulty drainage systems.
