Throughout the project, the Project Manager, Omer, kept us informed of the process and schedule, answered our questions, and he ensured that communication between us, the subcontractors, and the crew doing the work was seamless. The crew was at our house from 8-5 every day, they put down drop cloths to cover the floor from the front door to the bathroom, and they cleaned up well before leaving each day. He had brought a replacement with him just in case and he was able to install it right away.
