They responded immediately to my request for an estimate for leave clean-up, gutter clean-up, and gutter repair. Edwin arrived promptly the next day. He gave me an estimate that was reasonable and offered to clean the gutters and fix the gutters on the spot that day while arranging for the leave clean-up the following week. He did a great job on both items. I appreciated that Edwin responded to my weather-related concern to get the leave clean-up done earlier. He somehow squeezed me into his busy schedule to avoid the upcoming inclement weather forecast for our arranged day. Edwin maintains great communication so you know what is going on. He did an outstanding job on the leave clean-up blowing, raking, and bagging. My yard was impeccable. He also fixed the mortar missing in my chimney, something he had noticed when he fixed my gutters. Edwin learned that he also does snow removal so I got on his list for that. I got a very professional reminder from backyard ponds in the mail today, and I really appreciate the reminder. Sometimes things like this slip your mind, but it's very nice that they remind you that winter is coming up, and you need to plan for the future.
