I asked four different contractors to submit quotes for the job and Paul came back with a price at or below the others, but quoted premium insulated vinyl siding where as the others quoted regular siding. Paul's team, Mr. Jung and Alex are tireless workers, even working weekends when weather took the weekdays away. The previous owners had new siding put on as a part of "flipping" the house 5 years ago. However, the contractors they hired did not repair the rotted out, molded, and left holes everywhere. They also failed to add house wrap, which created an even more hazardous living condition for my family. Paul's team used over 70 pieces of plywood to fix the house and never once complained about the extra work. They made sure things were done right for us. 10 stars for Innovative! "Hired them for minor Siding fixes. They also agreed to check all the Siding and reinstall any popped pieces. Doing that they found sections where no Tyvek/insulation had ever been installed and water was getting in. They added insulation, replaced bad wood and replaced the Siding. Since it got dirty they power washed the house and deck. Can't say enough about the careful work they did and the clear communication."

The price was better than other companies and the installation went smoothly. A few years later the trim coil (aluminum trim over the house wood trim) started to peel off in a few places. I contacted the trim coil manufacturer per Liberty Windows and Siding Inc warranty information/instructions and they were making me call one office after the other and eventually they did not stand behind their product and the warranty. I checked with Fred Muela and he sent someone to replace the trim coil at no charge. This is the type of company Liberty Windows and Siding Inc is. I was recommending them before and now is a no brainer to recommend them. We are very happy we chose them."
