The technician arrived at my home at the appointed time (earlier as a matter of fact) just as he had promised. When the he arrived at my door; he greeted me with a smile and his name. He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. And the project was finished in record time! I too would like others to know; this is a company you can trust to get the job done.

I was particularly impressed by the level of professionalism that Star Plumbing's service technicians displayed in their approach to addressing my pipe leak and plumbing issue. Not only were they on time (and early), but they took their time to find and resolve my issue. They also portrayed a high level of skill in their workmanship, having the appropriate tools and equipment to fix the issue. I was also pleased with their candor and courtesy in the way they addressed me as the home owner and in the way treated my home (e.g. taking off their shoes or wearing shoe covers). This was especially evident in the way they thoroughly cleaned the areas where they worked, restoring everything back to the way they found them. Without a doubt, I will be recommending them to other referrals, and if need be, calling upon them again for other plumbing related work.

Great service, however, I didn't understand the price quote. I thought he said $150 when actually the price was $450. I felt that price was steep for 30 mins of work. I was told the work shouldn't be more than $200. They installed the faucet and reconnected the garbage disposal and water line. However, the work was well done.

They were very professional, were able to come and get the job done in the house very quickly, and were able to answer all of the questions we had about plumbing! Would most definitely hire them again.

I didn't have a working toilet upstairs. I called Star Plumbing early this morning. Mr. Tijani answered and said he would work me into his schedule and would arrive around 9 AM. Even with such a short notice, he showed up on time. He repaired my toilet. I am very pleased with Mr. Tijani's professionalism and service.

Service was professional and experienced. They discussed with me the work that was involved before they begin the work, and whether there was any other options I should consider. The work was completed quickly, and the water pressure was improved immediately. I wish I had known the need for the repair long ago, we had been suffering from poor water pressure for some years.

Fair price; previous estimate by comparable firm was $400 more.
