"I couldn't recommend these guys more. We had a 21-year old boiler replaced and upgraded, and a new hot water tank installed. I can't think of a single way they could have improved the whole process. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, on time, clean, considerate, extremely professional and they did exactly what they said they would. The also installed a temporary hot water tank and left electric space heaters on the one night the burner was out of service. "The service tech arrived a few minutes after the end of their arrival window. Reception did call to notify a slight delay. No big deal here. We reviewed the steps I took and after some preliminary inspection the tech revisited the system bleed. No air this time. It happens the boiler in question is a Burnham Revolution, notorious for various cryptic failures. We were discussing the inevitable replacement option when he homed in on the primary loop pump motor again and realized it was locked up. It had everyone fooled as it was vibrating as if it was operable, but hot a Hades due to the frozen prop shaft. This gig would probably have summed up @$600 but for the tricky diagnosis and my loquacious tendencies. At least I know who to call when I'm ready for that replacement/expansion."

He truly IS a master plumber, that boiler looked like a piece of art at the end of installation, and it works like a charm!
