"Roberto and his crew did an outstanding job! We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! If you want a great job, at great price, by a great crew … we highly recommend Roberto’s Affordable Lands aping!"

Softscape applications include garden plantings, living screen fences, tree pruning and removal and many other items. NO LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE such as mowing lawns, weeding garden beds, bark mulching, ect....
"We met the contractor in the spring for him to survey the job and provide an estimate. He was highly recommended by others in our neighborhood. He provided an estimate but was unable to predict precisely when he would be able to do the job; he indicated a wait of about 4 months. We decided to wait for him because he had been highly recommended. Over the next few months, our area received a lot of rain, which delayed the project further but it was not especially urgent for us, so we waited. Eventually, the contractor started the job in late August. His crew was dilgent and professional. They were well equipped with the appropriate machinery and equipment and completed the job to a very high standard in slightly over 2 weeks. We are delighted with the results, which have transformed the appearance of our house. Overall, the job represents extremely good value."

Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner.
