"I originally called the company that did my regular maintenance less than a year ago. They told me they couldn't send someone out for 3 days! This in the middle of a cold snap. When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part. After I requested an estimate, I got a quick call from the office to schedule a time for one of their comfort advisors to come out to our home. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day. For the day we were without heat, they brought in plenty of space heaters to make us comfortable for that night.
