They are absolutely an amazing company! Very nice and courteous whenever we call them. We had an issue where our heat stopped working and we called after hours, not expecting a call back for maybe a day or two, and less than an hour we got a call back, they came out and fixed the issue for us. Highly recommend!!

We had run very low on oil due to the unexpected cold temperatures in the area. We called Conger’s in a panic and they came out that day to ensure we would be all set, even though the holidays were right around the corner. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and professional individual. Shawn was the most thorough of all potential contractors in reviewing my replacement boiler situation, and was able to convince me that I did not need a larger boiler recommended by another contractor. He arrived and completed the job as scheduled, and his work was excellent. The piping is neatly arranged and marked should I need to isolate a heating zone, and he took the time to explain all fluid flows for the heating system. I could not be happier with using Shawn for the installation of a replacement oil burner and hot water tank.

Great family run business. Installed a Mitsubishi mini-split in our detached garage. I needed to reschedule our first install day and they were very flexible. Install day came, unit was installed as planned, area was cleaned up like they were never there. Would also recommend using their electrician. Very fair price and great work. Value for your money can’t be beat. Highly recommend Shawn Conger and his wife. Great team!

Shawn Conger and his wife are a great team. Shawn replaced my oil burner and took his time explaining the process. Shawn beat all other estimates and quite frankly I prefer Shawn to anyone else because I could tell he wasn t trying to BS me. Since my burner instal I have used Shawn for my oil delivery as well. It is nice to meet trustworthy people. Shawn went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect.

Shawn did an excellent job of replacing my 32-yr old heating system with a 5-zone, Buderus G115, Riello Burner, SuperStor Water Heater, and a "fan-in-a-can" air intake (as furnace is in an enclosed basement closet). He really knows his stuff! He is organized and does a neat, professional job. When he was finished, he tested and marked each zone with me for future identification. I highly recommend Congers Heating & Cooling for quality workmanship and a competitive price.

Professional, technically knowledgeable, thorough and stayed in budget. They did not waste my time. They installed 3 mini-split units. They were on-time, clean, and ensured that everything was working before leaving. Plus, overall pleasant team to work with. Might be a touch expensive. But my options are limited in Central Mass and I am glad to pay a bit more for quality work and professionalism.

Shawn was a very nice person and easy to work with. Prompt to the work. However, when he commited to the work the estimate was for 150-200 range because of the unknown factors of the work. However, when the work was over he gave me a bill for $443. The parts he charged line item by line iotem was for $191. The next day I found these parts can be bought at HomeDepot for lot less than $50. Nice person to talk to but I will not hire Shawn again. And will make sure none of my friends hire Shawn and get disappointed. I sent a mail to Shawn explaining this and suggesting if it was a mistake. He did not even care to respond either way.

"I am sorry you were dissatisfied with the bill at the completion of the job. Yes, the estimate was around $200.00 dollars. The estimate I provided was going off of the picture that you sent me In which only showed the outer wall of the smoke pipe. After I took it apart we both realized it was an entirely different job which would entail a lot more labor and more parts which were discussed at that moment. I am also sorry that Home Depot misled you by telling you that the parts were less than $50.00 dollars which is not true. Unfortunately, they do not have the proper gauge smoke pipe to meet MA state code requirements. I'm sorry you feel this way."
