I asked a lot of questions and he provided information that I did not know. We discussed my options. I made the decision to replace my boiler. Eric said that he would install it the next morning 8:00am. I was thrilled and relieved. He called me about 2 hours after he left to say that they had finished another job earlier than expected and could come by now and begin the removal of the old boiler, which they did They came by next morning at 8:00am and installed my new boiler in a few hours. I really like the quick and responsible way Eric and his team made my emergency go away. I appreciate Eric's concern and friendliness, professionalism and promptness. He's a nice guy and one whom I will call again when the need arises."
