It was much more cost-effective and seems to be doing a tremendous job at cooling my very tough A-frame situation at my condo. Chris and Jake were the install personnel that worked very efficiently and had the unit up and running within five hours. They also were very personable and took tremendous care of my needs. Lastly, I had a follow up the day after it was installed with Jesse who did a fabulous job inspecting and making sure the unit was running efficiently and properly as well as his knowledge of showing me proper thermostat settings. "I originally called the company that did my regular maintenance less than a year ago. They told me they couldn't send someone out for 3 days! This in the middle of a cold snap. When I called Rodenhiser, they were able to send someone the next day. While they were not able to completely fix the problem right away - a part was needed - they were able to restore heat while we waited for the part. They came back in a few days and repaired the boiler zone controller."

I called Milltown on a Sunday hoping to get on the list for Monday. Amazingly I got a call on Sunday evening. They came on Monday and not only installed the hot water connection, but also replaced an old leaky hot water shut off. This was in an almost impossible position to access, but he did it in a few minutes. Since he was there I asked him if he could repair a troublesome flush mechanism on one of my toilets.
