Got the job done. I don’t know if it could’ve been a little more in depth. They kind of just sprayed it with a cleaner and checked the temps, and a few weeks later, my AC is now dripping water.

I have been a customer of Genove Oil for over three decades and always appreciate their service and professionalism. This week I needed to have a new fuel oil tank installed. I was advised about my options, picked one and arranged a date for installation. The crew arrived on time and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the job would take. A careful inspection revealed a corroded pipe which was replaced. I was kept informed of what was being done and why, and cannot speak highly enough of Shawn and his co-worker. I wish all my service providers were this personable, skilled and thorough. They even left my basement cleaner than it was when they arrived. Thank you Genove.

My neighbor and I share a furnace room. A couple of days ago, Kevin from Genove was doing her annual service and noticed that the boiler for my baseboard heating had a slow leak. He shut it off so that it wouldn't flood our basement and notified me of the problem, explaining it in detail so I could tell my oil company what was wrong when I called them for emergency service. Thanks to Kevin noticing a problem in equipment he wasn't servicing, we avoided major damage.

Shawn performed the annual heating inspection for our furnace/oil tank. As always he was very quick, and took extra time to walk me through the piping of our different heating zone. Highly recommend Genove Oil, they are providing stellar service and with employees like Shawn you are in very good hands.

When I called to make an appointment Rob was so professional and cordial. Although they did not have any times, he said that he would call me when a technician was available. One came available the same day I called but I did not get back to him in time. The next day he called and said a technician was available. He was so polite and respectful. He called to let me know that Frank was on his way. When Frank got to our home he went straight downstairs to ***** the situation. He was excellent. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to my husband. He was professional and so nice. It was such a pleasure having work done during COVID and feeling safe having someone come in. We will recommend to anyone that the work done and the customer service was excellent. We would use them in a heart beat. Thank you for your service. We are really impressed with the company and Frank was the BEST!!

It was a pleasure working with Rob to schedule the service and today Frank (technician) arrived spot on at 8am as scheduled. Frank knew what he was doing, serviced the furnace, took care of a couple of minor issues, provided recommendations on what might become an issue, needs fixing, etc. I would definitely have Genove work on my furnace again.

I own a two family house, live in part and rent out the rest. I contracted with Genove based on an Angie's list offer, and have continued with them, having tried a couple of other companies. They have been pretty responsive -- actually came out on Christmas Eve this past year. They are more comfortable with oil furnaces than gas, but have been fine for me.

Jake, who is the service tech I see every year for any repairs and the annual tune up could not have been more helpful. He diagnosed why the burner had shut down showed me the issue and what needed to be done. I have had Genove come into my home every year and they are outstanding. Very professional and they take the time to listen as well as breakdown solutions if I have an issue with my heating system. I will continue to rely on them for my service.

We have been loyal customers of Genove for years, but this year they exceeded any expectations. From the emergency service call on a cold Sunday night in February to the installation of the new furnace and hot water heater today. Armando and crew are terrific. Ryan, Richie and Shawn completed the project in less time than we expected. And, Armando assisted us in the HEAT loan program which has us paying for this work at zero interest over 7 years as well as handled the rebate programs. Highly recommend Genove!

Genove Oil was recommended by a friend of mine and after contacting Genove oil to set up an inspection I was positively surprised how quick I had a technician come and inspect my system despite the current Covdi-19 situation. The Initial phone call was on day 1; inspection as well as quote for an oil tank replacement (old one was leaking) on day 2 which was a Friday. Monday was a holiday and Tuesday morning within a few hours I had the old tank replaced with a brand new one. Technicians were very friendly and made sure to explain what to keep an eye on (as a first time homeowner this was highly appreciated).

We found multiple issues with the heating system with our new house, and had to get a few service calls. We are glad to find Genove Oil & Air Co, they were very competent & professional, and fixed all the issues quickly and helped me understand the system better. Franco who does the scheduling is very accommodating, and kept me informed if the technicians were late. Frank and Richard (their Sr technicians) definitely know their stuff, and pleasant to talk to. This is a well run company and we would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. We had similarly good experiences when Genove technicians came to repair our central AC system. They were knowledgeable and efficient, got the system going again, and the price was fair. We continue to use this company for heating and AC repairs.

We have been in our home for a little over a year and thought it best to have our furnace serviced especially since we don't have a detailed history of service. Frankie D showed up 5 minutes early for our appointment which was fantastic. Frankie was quick, clean and gave me a once over on the age and condition of our furnace. We talked about when the next service would be due. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I am thankful that we now have our go to company for anything furnace related.
