"We were very pleased with the work that the Genove technicians did. They removed our 40-year-old gas boiler and associated water heater and replaced it with a new system. They tested the new system carefully, put explanatory tags on all of the relevant pipes and faucets, and cleaned up well. The team members were polite and worked hard. "Two weeks ago, in the middle of a snowstorm, I had an emergency; no hot water and no heat for 3 days. After calling in 2 plumbers (2 days) who did not know what to do. Day 3, I left a voicemail for Eric Mouradian who called back promptly and that he was in Belmont and he would come over. A few minutes later, he came by and did an assessment. I asked a lot of questions and he provided information that I did not know. We discussed my options. I made the decision to replace my boiler. Eric said that he would install it the next morning 8:00am. I was thrilled and relieved. He called me about 2 hours after he left to say that they had finished another job earlier than expected and could come by now and begin the removal of the old boiler, which they did They came by next morning at 8:00am and installed my new boiler in a few hours. I really like the quick and responsible way Eric and his team made my emergency go away. I appreciate Eric's concern and friendliness, professionalism and promptness. He's a nice guy and one whom I will call again when the need arises."

"Morris Heating and AC provided service that should serve as a model for all other service providers. They were consistently professional, efficient and response, ultimately installed a system at a very good price and did so urgently as we were entertaining guests from out of town. From the front office (Heather and Kaitlin) to the service manager (Greg) to the individuals who actually did the work at the house - beginning with Julin, then Blaise and finally Christos who actually installed the system, I interacted with very pleasant and effective people."

"He was timely, professional and responsive. He clearly knows the technical aspects of the trade and provided us with a lot of information about the equipment he would be installing and how it would work with our existing ductwork.  We did not care for his sales approach because he tried to sell us on things we did not ask for and did not need.  He tried to sell us on a humidifier for the system which we really don't need because we live right by the ocean where it is quite humid year round, even in the winter. Adding humidity to our house could cause problems with mildew or mold.   He also tried to sell us on replacing our hot water tank for a more efficient model even though ours is only 5 years old.  We got the feeling that he was trying to pack as much sales onto the heat loan program without really thinking about the customer's specific situation, and that put off me and my husband from wanting to work with him.  At the end of his sales presentation he decided on the spot he would give us an unspecified discount.  We did not like this high pressure sales tactic.  We had not received other quotes yet so we declined to decide on the spot.  He emailed us a couple days later offering a 10% discount if we decided by a certain date a couple days later.  We decided to wait beyond that date so we could get more bids.
Joe's quote was $2000 higher than a quote from another installer who has equally good reviews on Angies list.  Both quotes were to install the same equipment, however the second installer included the cost of converting two unused ducts into returns and installing a pass though in a ceiling to help balance our system.  I shared this information with Joe, and he responded by saying he would beat their price by $100.  It goes to show that it pays to shop around. 
As Airco's good reviews on Angies list attest and my interactions with him, I am sure they would do quality work, but my husband and I were totally put off by his sales and pricing approach and did not want to work with the company as a result.

"I had an incredible experience. My water heater was leaking and ready to let go. Brian had contacted me. He set up an appointment the next morning. The two gentleman ( plumbers ) came in. Removed the old water heater. Installed the New water heater. And updated the vent piping because it was old and out of code. They did a wonderful job. They found a problem with a clogged water pump that was backing up water and fixed that - they also cleaned the unit. We may have solved the mini-explosions problem as well - haven't heard them since."
