"I purchased a new dishwasher and installed it myself. Well, not completely. I ran into some difficulties with the hot water supply line. I called Milltown on a Sunday hoping to get on the list for Monday. Amazingly I got a call on Sunday evening. They came on Monday and not only installed the hot water connection, but also replaced an old leaky hot water shut off. This was in an almost impossible position to access, but he did it in a few minutes. Since he was there I asked him if he could repair a troublesome flush mechanism on one of my toilets. I had other plumbers work on this with limited results. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I'm happy to say it continues to work very well."

Above all, he’s communicative, on time, honest, and always there when I have a question. Plus, you can tell he really cares about his craft, and that translates to the job. He chooses the best solution for your situation. My only complaint is I wish he did literally everything else outside of plumbing! I’d want a Michael version of a carpenter, electrician, every day handyman. He‘s that good!"
