Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! "The emergency drain pan underneath our A/C unit kept overflowing, which in turn caused the unit to shut off. There was water everywhere and it was a really hot day. The next morning I started calling around and no one could come out for at least two days. These are the first really hot days of the summer and I'm sure a lot of people were having A/C issues. Moncrief said they could send someone out the end of that day. The day got later and later but they promised he would come no matter how late it was. Chris got here around 7:30, and despite having what I'm sure was a really long day, he could not have been any nicer. It turned out to be an easy fix and our AC was up and running in no time. Chris was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed it in 15 minutes."
