Dave is amazing!! He deserves half of what I paid!! He showed up 1.5 hours after I called. It took him some time but he was working alone. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up like he was never there. Thanks Dr. Dave!!

Steven and Alysia were great to work with! Turnaround time was quick. I submitted a request for a quote. I received a call from Alysia immediately/ same day to come out to provide an estimate. Steven came out, provided a solution and got straight to work. (I needed a sink reinstalled and plumbing fixed.) The work was done in 30hrs. Day one was the sink reinstallation and needed 24hrs to dry. The following day Steven returned to fix and connect plumbing. I will definitely use them again when needed. Thank you Steven and Alysia!

Rooter sent a plumber to look at my guest toilet. One of my children put a toy down the towel and it refused to go down. They unclogged my toilet and checked my water pressure. They did an awesome job. Thank you so much.

Sent the wrong without the proper equipment

The tech was quite emotional.

Total scam artist, Big Time bait and switch, they're so nice over the phone and when they get there but once they open your septic tank lid it's game over they know they got you where they want you. And if you should call them back the same lady that was so nice is so very rude and matter of fact. I don't know if the whole industry does bate & switch but these guys got it down to an art don't even call him my bill went from $300 to $1,100 the minute they opened my tank

Quickly completed this project for around $200. I had another plumber come out and quote me 7k without even looking at anything.

Rooter Pro Express did a great job replacing my well pump. Mike, the installer, was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing. Although there were some issues with the pump running late in the day, he returned the next morning as promised and completed the job without any problems. I?m very happy with the quality of work and the service provided. I?ll definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.
