They were on time, kept the work area clean, we very polite and professional, did a great job.

This issue was mis-diagnosed as a faulty air handler. Therefore the estimate of 1 hour at $395 per hour to replace the air handler would not have resulted in any change. Still costing me $395 or more (if the 1 hour was exceeded). For nothing. Caution. A per-hour charge is not a guarantee to correct the issue. I got a second opinion and an immediate fix.

I've used Moncrief over the last five or so years as they are dependable and quality. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

The technician was very nice and did a great job. Old water heater was removed and the new one installed. The technician showed me his work and explained what he had done. I recommend Moncrief.

I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel.

I made an appointment with Moncrief after a family HVAC person told me that we needed to replace our AC/furnace. RS Andrews came out and said the same thing. I clearly told the phone rep that I needed a quote for replacing the unit, and could they confirm. Appointment was made for 3-6 on a Thursday. At no time was I told there would be a "diagnostic fee". I called the morning of the scheduled date to confirm my appointment, and the fee was still not mentioned. The rep told me that the field rep would be to my home closer to 6 or after. Why tell customers 3-6, but you not coming until after that window. Everyone does not have three hours to sit around. Needless to say the field rep doesn't show until 7:45pm. I am not happy. 30+ minutes after looking at the furnace and AC he tells me that the AC needs to be cleaned for better ventilation, and that would cost $130. He slightly mentions a $97 diagnostic fee, and I needed him to repeat. I decided not to do the cleaning and expressed that no one told me about a diagnostic fee. Not that I could not pay it, but the principle is to tell customers upfront and not surprise. Can't describe how I feel about the experience. Want surprise me twice.

They come out twice a year for a routine check.

They come right out when we call. I have been using them for 15 years. They sent one technician.

I rely on them and they do an excellent job.

I have a annual contract with them and it is all tied together. I have used them for 25 years. I have always found them to be an excellent value and very responsive. Whenever I have had an issue, they have always dealt with quickly, efficiently and high quality.

I have used them for many, many years. They are fabulous. I have maintenance every year. I pay a fee for them to come out every year. It is a yearly maintenance. If it is just maintenance it is free. They are all A's. I love the company. I would use them again.

Every single representative of Moncrief with whom I've dealt has been pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, courteous - I can't say enough good things about them. Scheduling is easy and punctuality is a given.

I'd still give them and "A" because I've used them for 20 years. I love them. They were great. They're great, experienced people. They know their stuff.

We quit using them because their service fees were too high. The guy who put the air conditioner was excellent.
