This is the first time using TE Certified and it won't be the last. They were able to resolve my issue quickly. They also were able to make a small revision to my gas line which opened up a TON of space in one of my cabinets. Garret was knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for a great experience!

This was a followup visit to replace the lighting in my bedroom closet...although he did not have the replacement lights on hand, he called a nearby TE Certified location to order and secure the lighting...process did not take long - he installed the lighting and it met my satisfaction. Your company and it's technicians are very personable and work to gain your trust. Very satisfied with the service I received.

DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They sold me a unit 2 months ago and it’s broken down 3 times already. They do not reply to your requests and do not fix it when they do come out. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

These guys continue to impress me! Every interaction I've ever had with them has been positive. Here are just a few things I've experienced.... + Friendly and prompt responses when engaging with their office + Ease of scheduling service visits, whether I have called or reserved a time via their website + Communication is amazing! Everything from the confirmation of my service visit to text messages letting me know when the technician will be here to the phone call from the tech letting me know he's on his way + Expertise. I've probably interacted with six or seven different technicians over the years and every one of them knows their stuff. + Fair and transparent pricing. In almost every situation I've been given multiple options once they've diagnose the issue. I've never felt like I was being pressured into choosing the most expensive option or being limited to only one option. Bottom line is that these guys are the real deal and you should use them!

TE Certified is my go to company for any services they provide. I had 4 heat pumps replaced with them, various plumbing/electrical, and most recently a whole house generator. Billy did a great job showing the generator options and managing the sales/install cycle. Matt and team did a fantastic job installing the system and showing me how it all worked. TE Certified always uses high quality materials and workmanship for long term error free operations. The county inspector even commented on how good it all looked. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Incredibly efficient and professional organization to work with. Ben came out to review the issue and it was clear there was a system problem that needed to be addressed. I was given a set of options to choose from and upon selection an appointment was established within 5 days. My entire system was replaced with a much more efficient set of products; entire service time was approximately 7 hours. System is humming along as expected and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and products provided.

Kyle, Dalton and Dylon spent the week at our house completing a myriad of projects including an electrical service upgrade, installing security lights, installing outdoor outlets, etc. They did a fantastic job! I would give 10 stars - the whole experience was great. We had dreaded going through the process because past experience with HVAC contractors had us conditioned to expect a lot of stress. However, TE Certified was fantastic from start to finish. The first technician who came to diagnose the problem was really good, exactly on time and very knowledgeable. He immediately recognized the issue and explained it clearly, offering several options for how to deal with it. We chose to replace the unit, and the next day the estimator came out. He was really good as well, giving helpful information and offering several options and prices that would work for us. He was also exactly on time, very friendly and not pushy at all. When the installers came to do the work, again they were exactly on time. Both installers were very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and spent time showing us how to use the new thermostats. We were highly impressed with everyone from TE Certified and plan to stay with them for all maintenance, as well as for any other services we might need that they offer.
