"We were very pleased with Pete Van Cleave and his presentation of the water for Life softwater system and under counter drinking water system. We ended up purchasing both. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had about these products. We would recommend Pete and Water for Life to anyone looking for soft and/or purified drinking water. Also the installer, Josh was very good at his task and explained any options in the installation process. Both Pete and Josh were on time, courteous and a pleasure to deal with."

"My water heater decided to play with me. Its completely stop producing hot water. Ever tried showering and the water just got extremely cold water. Good googly moqgli !! Angie's sent Rooterproxpress and they called me and said they can send someone. Thomas came out and he was such a darling. He was able to explain to me what was goin on. He fixed the problem. I was so thankful for his help."

"Keep Smiling plumbing was quick and very professional."

"I was really worried about my landscape. The Rooter Pro Team did a trenchless water line replacement. They did a great job. Upon completion, I had water again and my yard looked great."

"I have had a maintenance contract with them for many years. They call me faithfully twice a year to make an appointment for routine inspection and maintenance ( filter replacement etc.}. On the rare previous occasions they have responded immediately when a problem has occurred .Once they even sent (at no charge)  a technician to relight the pilot light in my water heater even the though the heater was not included in the contract.
Most recently during the 'Arctic Blast" my heat went out. They said they were (predictably) heavily booked but someone would be out between 2PM and 5PM. 6PM and dark arrived and I was about to add another layer of clothing and go to bed, when the door bell rang and it was my knight in shining armor, Elliot from Moncrief . He quickly diagnosed the problem, had a replacement part in his truck, and was soon on his way, I hope, to a beverage of his choice and a good dinner. Leaving me and  two appreciative cats basking in 70 degree warmth.
As a former teacher I would definitely award Moncrief and their employees an A+ for their work.

"Pedro was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. We feel the price for the water replacement is a good value."

"The project was excellent. I had a water main that needed repair and the job was completed quickly. High quality work and the plumber took time to explain the repair to me."

"Setting up the appointment was easy and very professional.  Same day service was offered, but I requested the following morning.
Tim J. called ahead the following morning and showed up on time.  After greeting our two pugs (nobody enters without saying hi
to a pug!) he promptly reviewed what I needed done, provided options and addressed the "what ifs".  We agreed to an estimate
before he started work.  He was able to take care of two problems with one repair so he reduced the cost accordingly.
Tim was very professional in his appearance, cleaned up after himself and used shoe covers coming in and out of the house.
He was pleasant to talk to and very helpful in his explanations. He advised me of a water heater special thay were having,
but did not pursue any hard sale tactics.
When he first arrived, he advised me of a very attractive special they were having on drain cleanings which reduced my costs
significantly.
I have used Mr. Plumber in the past with great satisfaction and also have a maintenance contract for our HVAC with their
CoolRay.division.
