"The emergency drain pan underneath our A/C unit kept overflowing, which in turn caused the unit to shut off. There was water everywhere and it was a really hot day. The next morning I started calling around and no one could come out for at least two days. These are the first really hot days of the summer and I'm sure a lot of people were having A/C issues. Moncrief said they could send someone out the end of that day. The day got later and later but they promised he would come no matter how late it was. Chris got here around 7:30, and despite having what I'm sure was a really long day, he could not have been any nicer. It turned out to be an easy fix and our AC was up and running in no time. Chris was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do. He fixed it in 15 minutes."

"The water pan of the unit in the attic had been accidentally moved slightly, but enough for the unit to think something was amiss and would not come on. The serviceman took one look at it and knew exactly what was wrong. He moved it slightly and all was well. Since the fix was soooooo simple, he did not charge us anything but ask that we hand out his business cards. We have been since. He was so courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable.
