We take pride in our work and we are still offering to replace your cartridge for the cost of the service call plus part at $265. What we are not willing to do is give you $7000 based on the claim of an unscrupulous competitor."

"Mr. Leard, we feel awful about your experience and have learned from our mistake. However, you misstated a few things. I did contact you to update you at least twice before you contacted me. Based on the pictures sent to me by the restoration company, not all your floors were flooded. But one part of one floor was flooded. You also failed to mention that we were there with extra manpower and equipment within 1 1/2 hours to mitigate your damage. We could have handled the whole thing and had the work done much faster for you with less time and delay, but we understood you said you wanted to handle it yourself."
