"This was complicated tree service involving 3 large water oaks, landscaping with masonry and very little space for the takedowns. The team of 5 Doug Solorzano sent to do the job was expert and hard-working. The tree climbers and rope handlers on the ground planned and then brought major limbs down with precision. At the end of the day, cleanup was complete and all of the debris had been chipped or removed. "Description/Promise of what they would perform did not match actual work done - instead of carefully cutting trees down they simply felled the trees and destroyed parts of the surrounding canopy. Expensive for the service performed. I hired them (even though they were the most expensive quote) because they said they would bring the trees down carefully so as not to spoil the view or break other trees. They stated that they could do it for less (i.e. fell the trees as quoted by the competition) - but I would not be happy with the result. They were right because they did not live up to expectations and just felled the trees anyway."
