Literally worse "service" in my life. A month later still no hot water and 3 plus people have come to look at the heater with different things that need to be ordered. I rather give birth with zero drugs than ever deal with these people again.

Extremely over-priced and will not use again. I was charged $325 for a simple fill valve replacement that required minimal diagnosis. When I called the office back, they said that the prices were setup by Corporate and this is their price because they are insured and bonded. Any other standard insured plumber would have done this for less than $175. This is the last time I am getting their plumber to my property and will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I am asking to refund my money for the past 5 months which they didn't do any service.They are keeping the money,i mean they have no honesty, no loyalty, no work ethics. Baically they are fraud. I have already file a complaint to BBB but still they are so adamant to give my money back. I have spent hours with their agents for the past 5 months. I am still waiting for their response.I will wait for few weeks if not then i will take a legal action against them.

Unethical. Tried to charge my elderly in-laws over $800 to service two slow draining drains. When they said “no” price was dropped to $300. Fortunately they refused the service and we later unclogged the drains ourselves in less than 10 minutes.

I was having my water pipes replaced from the water meter to the house and inside. They tore up my house, making holes in the floors and walls that were unnecessary, leaving a total mess. They had no idea where the water lines ran in my house. I also have to re-sod the lawn. They also walked away with our equipment.

We called Mr. Plumber to unclog the drain in the dishwasher. Erica came out, and apparently, knocked or moved the sprayer arm at the bottom when she was removing the water. When we ran the dishwasher that night, the sprayer arm came loose and landed under the heating coils, burning the sprayer arm completely off in two places. We called Mr. Plumber and talked to Scott, the manager. Scott refused to replace the sprayer arm. In the conversation, he told us that if the plumbers do something wrong (on accident or on purpose) and they admit it, they are written up. So, when he asked Erica if she touched the sprayer arm, she said no. Understandably, because what choice does she have to be honest? And, Scott acted like he doesn't even know what a sprayer arm is. The sprayer arm is locked into place by a "collar". So there is no way that the sprayer arm just spontaneously popped out (plus, this dishwasher is less than a year old). Mr. Plumber damaged our dishwasher and they refuse to fix it. Save yourself time, money, and stress and find another plumber.

Old water heater failed, so I didn't have time to be picky about who I hired. I had a service contract with Coolray, so I went with Mr. Plumber. The plumber had the Hot water heater on the truck, but when he told me the price to replace I was absolutely shocked. What was I supposed to do. It was 6:00 pm in the evening and I had water all over the garage floor. I finally got a veteran discount, but it was still so high I'm embarrassed to say how much it was. The tech was very good, and he did a good job; however, oh my god! I got the hot water heater with the shortest warranty, and with my veteran discount I still feel totally ripped off.

We discover a leak in our main water line. With Richard Kashi's recommendation, we used a leak detection service to avoid digging in multiple locations. They found we had at least two leaks in the line. Richard and the leak detection pro recommended replacing the entire line since two leaks meant a serious problem. The line had been replaced about 12 years before, but they cut corners leading to our problem. The line replacement team was amazing. They ran a new, parallel line into the house above the previous leak. They also were able to tell me why we were having problems with the leak and through our wall from the old line. The difference in quality between the two was quite clear. They installed elbow joints instead of bending the copper, rerouted our pressure regulator in front of all other outlets (another mistake, wrapped the copper line with heavy tape before running it through the line so the wall wouldn't rub, and then pressure sealed the wall from both sides. I wish I had used them the first time.

Water heater failed just before 9 AM on a Thursday. Fortunately, someone was home, heard the noise of the water escaping, and was able to shut off the water at the meter. We called Cool Ray/Mr. Plumber just after 9. They mobilized promptly and had removed the old water heater and installed a new one by noon the same day. A follow-up visit delivered an additional part that afternoon. Cool Ray/Mr. Plumber provided excellent service, and we are very happy with it. We have had a service contract in place with Mr. Plumber for several years. We always receive personal, professional service.

This project went extremely well. I had used Fred Martus last year to replace my 18 year old water heater in Roswell, Ga. When I moved to a townhouse in Decatur In October, 2018, I needed to replace a 17 year old water heater. I contacted Mr Plumber and inquired if Fred Martus was available to do this project even though I was very close in town. He once again performed the job without a hitch. I recommend Fred and Mr Plumber again .

Had initial service call when water heater stopped putting out hot water. Service tech found a leak I could not see. Tank was 20 years old. Decided to replace and was scheduled for the next day. The tank has been great. Service tech was nice. Provided a ten-year warranty at a 6-year price. Very happy with unit.

Scheduled 5 days in advance to be coordinated with the gas company. The plumber showed up 2 hr after the gas company left, looked at the work to be done, spent 1 hr in the truck talking to his supervisor, then came back and said that they could not do the work till the next day because he didn't have the right materials on the truck and needed to come back with his supervisor to get the work done. and that it would be $2500. The work was scheduled 5 days in advance; no need to estimate or evaluate the site was communicated when the appointment was made. They were reminded by phone that morning what the job was, but still didn't come prepared and apparently the person they sent was unable to do this job. Talked with the main office, and was given platitudes about how they could not anticipate the situation. This left us without hot water until the job is completed, and therefore stranded and unable to make suitable alternative arrangements to get much of a better deal. And still got charged a service fee for coming to the house!

I requested an estimate and got a prompt callback to schedule an appointment. The technician that came out was very professional. This review is not about him. I was charged a $49 service fee for them to come out. He told me what he suspected was the problem but that he recommended that I get the line scoped with a camera since it is behind the wall. He told me that since I had paid $49, there would be no additional service fee, so I assumed there would be no additional charges just to diagnose the problem. Then he said someone would call to schedule the appointment. First, no one called me to schedule the next appointment, so I called to get it scheduled. Then I was told that there was a $250 charge for the camera service that I was not told about up front. I did not go through with the service so that was $49 wasted. They should relay the cost for services up front to the customer. This company may do adequate work, but as others have said, I do not feel they have the best prices, so be careful and ask lots of questions before you schedule an appointment. From my experience, your bill may be higher than you expected.

Outrageous pricing. After the plumber found out I had to have the work done that day, the estimate was unbelievable: re-routing the pvc pipe and replacing the shut-off valves - $352. Install the new faucet - $352. Re-attach the garbage disposal - $387. Total cost $1,091. When I told him that was insanely high he said that this was standard Mr. Plumber pricing and there was nothing he could do to change it. He agreed that there were less than $50 in materials needed. That meant that the labor alone was over $1,000 (the eventual work took an hour and forty minutes). That means Mr. Plumber charges over $600 an hour.
