Great local and family owned business. They are good at communication from the time of dispatch, through the plumbers arriving, and with follow up from ownership.

We had new floors installed in our powder room and their was an issue with the toilet. We called Peach Plumbing and John was here the next morning to fix it. Professional, courteous, and worked quickly. He made sure to get our approval once the job was complete. Will never go with another plumbing company!

Having a toilet removed to unclog a drain is just not a pleasant experience and it is expensive. But Peach Plumbing can be counted on for timeliness and good service. They came out within hours of my call.

Damaged other equipment when installing water heater. Used torch and burned wood framing. Work sloppy. No clean up. Charged more than originally quoted. Not adequate response to resolve issues.

We had sewage backup due to clogged sewer drain. We called another company who cleaned out the pipe and determined that we had a break approximately 4 ft below our driveway. They provided an estimate for repair of the pipe section that was quite exorbitant. I contacted Peach Plumbing & Drain for a second-opinion. They were quick to reply and visited my house shortly afterwards. Ramon and Teudy, the two on-site workers, were extremely hard working and courteous and worked with me to find an economical solution. They even took care to leave my place spick and span after excavating my driveway. I hope that I do not need a plumber again in the near future, but definitely take solace in knowing Peach Plumbing & Drain is here to help!

Had to reschedule initial appointment and missed work for it but the plumber did not show up. They showed up promptly during the rescheduled time but I was not made aware of how much the total service was going to cost and it was much more than what I was used to paying in past but went ahead and used them anyway because I needed the work done.

$68 for a diagnostic visit. Found out the issue through troubleshooting and fixed the problem on the spot. Good and fast service.

Great job replacing a faucet. Service was quite expensive but the technician did inspect the water heater and made some other adjustments for free. If we still live in that area we may have used them again.

We were out of town when we saw on our Nest camera that our basement was flooding for the third time thanks to the City of Atlanta’s mistake. We felt helpless being away from our house, while we watched our basement flood via camera. We called Peach Plumbing and Drain and their owner and two of their plumbers were at our house within minutes. They took care of the situation until we could get home, and liaised with the City’s crew when they arrived on site. We had to have some plumbing repaired because of the issues caused by the city, and they took care of us in the best way possible. Their impeccable work, attention to detail, and thoroughness resolved our issues completely. They’ve been our first call for everything in the weeks following our problems with the city. They even found some things that the city hadn’t repaired correctly on the city’s side when they ran a camera on the line. We were able to send this footage to the city and have them fix everything once and for all, all thanks to Peach Plumbing and Drain. Chip, Daniel and Steve have saved us from what could have been an even bigger headache. They truly go above and beyond, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of an exceptional plumbing company with reasonable prices!

The staff took the time to go into great detail regarding the repairs.

The repairman was very professional and knowledgeable. They made the necessary repairs after showing me what was wrong.They cleaned up. I paid them. I was given a business card and told if I had anymore trouble with sink to call. I was very pleased.

Very friendly, polite, apologized for being a little late and looking disheveled. Clearly this morning's project was a doozy! Knowledgeable, quick, and did not try to "upcharge" me in any way. The 10 grandchildren in my house did not faze him a bit.

The quote was for $199, and that seemed a little high, but maybe not for Atlanta area. Peach Plumbing was available and came out quickly, which were higher priorities that $$ for me. My plumber was thorough and knowledgeable and he had the job done soon. He also replaced some toilet flappers after explaining why he recommended doing this. Peach Plumbing is tops on my list for a plumbing callback.

Plummer was very helpful and gave good advice.
