"I was thoroughly impressed with D&W. First, the service tech Andre came to clean our 16-year-old AC. He was punctual and professional. He also talked to us about purchasing a new AC unit. We decided to take him up on the offer. D&W was a few hundred dollars more expensive than the other estimates we got, but my instinct told me to go with D&W. And I was completely right! We bought a new Trane unit from D&W. The installation techs arrived at 8:30AM and were done by 1:30PM and did an excellent job with the installation. They also took the time to make sure I knew how to work the new thermostat and answered all my questions. Even the county inspector complimented their work. "The price was right. However, the techs are not a thorough as Custom Air. They were OK. So, I got my AC maintenance today, and the tech was excellent. So, the issue for LPAC is they are variable. Also, the tech told me NOT to put chlorine in the water drain line. This can cause issues with the radiator, which is near the drain. Chlorine interacts with aluminum, and can cause leaks! Yikes! I am required to put a will hire again, and I said yes. However, I am on the fence. I will see when the maintenance plan ends."
