I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. (Rocky & Eric) installed the mini-split system and were just outstanding. The electricians that came out the day before the install were equally outstanding as well. "The price was right. However, the techs are not a thorough as Custom Air. They were OK. So, I got my AC maintenance today, and the tech was excellent. So, the issue for LPAC is they are variable. Also, the tech told me NOT to put chlorine in the water drain line. This can cause issues with the radiator, which is near the drain. Chlorine interacts with aluminum, and can cause leaks! Yikes! I am required to put a will hire again, and I said yes. However, I am on the fence. I will see when the maintenance plan ends."
