It's been two months since service was performed, and have not had a recurrence of air duct problem. Hope to have Breath of Fresh Aire conduct our regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on HVAC unit."

"I was thoroughly impressed with D&W. First, the service tech Andre came to clean our 16-year-old AC. He was punctual and professional. He also talked to us about purchasing a new AC unit. We decided to take him up on the offer. D&W was a few hundred dollars more expensive than the other estimates we got, but my instinct told me to go with D&W. And I was completely right! We bought a new Trane unit from D&W. The installation techs arrived at 8:30AM and were done by 1:30PM and did an excellent job with the installation. "All went great they called me up to schedule a appointment. They arrived on time, actually called stating how close they were before arriving. Very professional my technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. He went in the attic and check out the air handler, actually removed a filter for me. He then came down and cleaned the outside airconditioner and mentioned if I wanted to cover the airconditioner they could put a cover on or I could just get some chicken wire and do it myself. He wasn't out to sell me anything. If I have any problems I will call them first. He actually adjusted something for me for a better flow of the air.
