"I do not like the alarm sensor that was installed at the front entrance (it's very bulky and unsightly), but they were able to install non-proprietary equipment which is important to me so I can shop service companies instead of being tied to one company. The installation was quick and thorough, and the inspector mentioned that the installation was much more stable than needed. Mr. Dunn came by a few weeks later to check out the finished product and answer any questions we may have. Excellent service and responsiveness.
