Its refreshing to have a provider who is professional, punctual, clean and friendly. The job was finished on time and looks great. all this for a competitive price. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, patience and professionalism. Can't recommend enough as they were easy to deal with, arrived at stated appt time, completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Price was reasonable and the end result is that my power bills are lower already and we are actually cold!

arrived within the window. completed the work within the specified time. two technicians did a good job. picked up after themselves. answered any questions i had about the process and what they were doing. supplied after photos. only miss was not taking or at least showing same area before photos. expecting to see a drop in electricity usage - same month comparisons.

This experience was excellent from the estimate through completion . This company was super communicative, through text and email every step of the way and even following up after the job was completed. My technicians Dany and Yusniel were fast, neat, and efficient. I would highly recommend using TLS for your insulation needs . I was able to feel an immediate difference in temperature before they were even finished. My bedroom that used to be the hottest room in the house in the summer is now the coolest. I think this entire organization is skilled at satisfying the customer throughout the entire process. They are the best and they also provided a very reasonable quote in comparison to other companies and I got several quotes before deciding to go with them .

We contacted several companies for estimates. TLS was the most professional, honest, and at a reasonable price. We were provided the estimate right away without having to wait. We qualified for a Duke Energy rebate which lowered our cost even further. The installation was done efficiently. The y made sure to vacuum any fallen insulation in the house and the floors and stairs were left clean and meticulous. Thank you for doing an outstanding job.

I am happy with the service

We were very happy and impressed with TLS. We called other companies to compare quotes, and out of three, TLS was the only one with immediate answers to our questions, a reasonable quote which was emailed to us, and a date available within a week. When the workers arrived, they were very professional and courteous. There was a gentleman who walked us through what they would do, and was careful to clean up after the insulation was blown in. Jose was the one handling the actual installation of insulation and he was very knowledgeable and proficient. We were very impressed with the whole process, and highly recommend TLS for your insulation needs.

The entire team was excellent; Professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. Their price was extremely competitive and the finished product exceeded my expectations. On the day of the installation, they arrived on time, Completed the job within the scheduled time frame, and cleaned up so well at the conclusion that I could hardly tell that they had been there. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.
