Spoke to someone named Mike and within a few days, Alex the tech came to replace my AC unit and it was very easy. He was very knowledgeable and it was all done in faster than expected. Might have been slightly more expensive than other companies but worth it with the guarantee I was given. I would absolutely recommend Blue Bear for any AC issues.
