"Our AC stopped working late in the afternoon. We called Anthony's and they had a technician out to our home before 5:30 pm. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat & the size of the HVAC. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and they stayed to make sure the unit was working and our home was cooling down. Tom called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the service and sent Garrett out just to double check on everything and to explain or answer any questions we may have on the new unit. "I spoke to Rafael the owner on the day after Christmas as my HVAC system would cool but when we switch to heat it would kick the circuit breaker. Rafael wanted to come that day but I wanted the next day, the technicians were on time wire their mask. Found the problem was the thermostat then a problem in the circuit breaker box.
