I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. (Rocky & Eric) installed the mini-split system and were just outstanding. The electricians that came out the day before the install were equally outstanding as well. "Our technician (Rick) came to our house at the appointed time, inspected and cleaned the system and answered all of our questions.  He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being a nice guy.  I was especially impressed that Rick found a malfunction but determined that the onboard computer simply needed to be reset.

"Robin (the owner) arrived on time and explained the process. He was quick and efficient. He showed us one picture of mold he found. He cleaned and sanitized the ducts and also cleaned the vents. I would have liked to have seen before and after pictures of the ducts. He recommended a UV light to combat the mold and returned next day to install it. He was offering a summer special whole house duct cleaning so I feel the price was very reasonable."
