Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

"Our technician (Rick) came to our house at the appointed time, inspected and cleaned the system and answered all of our questions.  He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being a nice guy.  I was especially impressed that Rick found a malfunction but determined that the onboard computer simply needed to be reset.

"Had my new rental house ducts and dryer cleaned after i got ripped off by the $99 whole house duct cleaning gimmick. I called fresh air services,Darren answered my call right away his pricing was transparent and was less than other quotes I received. He showed up with his teammate and they went right to work cleaned my 10 ducts and dryer in about an hour. They actually take the vents down and send this brush hooked to their vacuum into the system. For a small fee i had them coat my return with this anti microbial coating made specifically for air conditioning and boy does it look so much better than the fiberglass duct board yellow.He even got on the roof and took a video to show me the vent was free of clogs. Their equipment was very impressive. I just returned to the home for the first time in about 3 weeks and the fresh smell from their sanitation fog is still detectable in the air. Donâ t get ripped off by the $99 whole house duct cleaning go with the pros at fresh air services"

I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. (Rocky & Eric) installed the mini-split system and were just outstanding. The electricians that came out the day before the install were equally outstanding as well. "Jason is just an amazing human being! He explained the duct cleaning process throughly to me. He discussed the benefits of cleaning all the ducts and return vents as opposed to doing nothing. He took before and after pictures which gave me a clear understanding of how dirty the ducts were and how essential it was to clean them. I was pleased with all his hard work (protecting furniture, cleaning the ducts, and cleaning up any mess made) on a very hot and humid day! Your money will be well spent hiring Duct Depot to clean your heating and cooling air ducts and vents! I highly recommend them!"
