It's been two months since service was performed, and have not had a recurrence of air duct problem. Hope to have Breath of Fresh Aire conduct our regular semi-annual preventive maintenance on HVAC unit."

"Our AC stopped working late in the afternoon. We called Anthony's and they had a technician out to our home before 5:30 pm. Greg was unable, after several attempts and options, to get our unit back up and running. He stayed with us while he reached out to Madison in sales, which was after their normal business hours, and Madison was immediately able to quote us a new unit, get us financing and schedule us for delivery and installation the next day. Anthony's installation team, Edwin & Robert, were at our home just shortly after 8 am. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They were also considerate of our lawn in not damaging it due to the heat & the size of the HVAC. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up and they stayed to make sure the unit was working and our home was cooling down. Tom called the next day to make sure we were satisfied with the service and sent Garrett out just to double check on everything and to explain or answer any questions we may have on the new unit. "Our technician (Rick) came to our house at the appointed time, inspected and cleaned the system and answered all of our questions.  He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful as well as being a nice guy.  I was especially impressed that Rick found a malfunction but determined that the onboard computer simply needed to be reset.

"Jason is just an amazing human being! He explained the duct cleaning process throughly to me. He discussed the benefits of cleaning all the ducts and return vents as opposed to doing nothing. He took before and after pictures which gave me a clear understanding of how dirty the ducts were and how essential it was to clean them. I was pleased with all his hard work (protecting furniture, cleaning the ducts, and cleaning up any mess made) on a very hot and humid day! Your money will be well spent hiring Duct Depot to clean your heating and cooling air ducts and vents! I highly recommend them!"
