He cleaned the ducts and then handed us a bill for $700 (his quote was $650) and said you can pay the whole thing and Ill be back to install the light, because they are on back order. This was not told to us when he scheduled the job or before he started when he arrived. My trusting mother paid him the entire amount and now its been almost a month and still no completion. He claims he will do it between 10/15-10/17. We will see what happens.

This situation is beyond my control, and I did inform you about the delay. I’m also more than happy to issue a refund if you no longer want the light.
